Choosing to collect donations at a funeral or memorial service is a beautiful alternative to traditional flowers. This “gift of giving” allows friends and family to contribute to a cause that truly matters. To make this simple, we provide dedicated donation envelopes that are typically managed and forwarded to us by your Funeral Director. To arrange for envelopes or view our keepsakes, please contact us at 01253 957904. We can send a supply of envelopes directly to your chosen Funeral Director to take the pressure off your family. Using these envelopes also allows us to process Gift Aid, increasing the value of each heart-felt gift by 25% at no extra cost to you.

When making a memorial donation, please specify who the gift is in memory of, your relationship to them, and the specific hospital area you would like to benefit.

Setting Up a Digital Tribute Fund

A digital Tribute Fund offers a lasting space to gather memories. By setting up a dedicated page through JustGiving or Enthuse, you create a secure hub where friends and family can donate instantly from anywhere. These platforms allow loved ones to leave messages of support, share stories, and link to any future fundraising events or challenges held in their honour.

All funds raised are tracked directly on the page, so you can see the tangible difference being made in your loved one’s name. If you have chosen to support a specific hospital, ward, or department, simply include this in your page description, and we will ensure the donations are directed accordingly.

Making Your Gift Go Further

If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to complete a Gift Aid Declaration Form. This allows us to reclaim the tax on your donation, adding 25p to every £1 you give without costing you a penny more. We can even claim Gift Aid on any donations you have made to us over the last four years. For more information about Gift Aid, click here.
